Matterport® 3D virtual tours are created using a robotic camera that utilizes 3D infrared sensors with 4K resolution cameras to capture images that are stitched to create a virtual space. Spaces include an available animated walkthrough, feature highlight tags and room identifiers free of charge. The animated highlight walkthrough of the space can be very cost-effective when compared to the cost of traditional video tours.  The time spent to scan a space largely depends on square footage and generally takes between 2-4 hours.

Virtual tours are a great way for prospective buyers, renters or patrons to virtually walk through a location and get an accurate feel for the space without actually needing to visit. For real estate, the space can essentially act as a 24-7 open house. Google Maps integration of commercial spaces is available and VRBO/Homeaway integration is complementary for vacation rental spaces. Fully measured, 2D black and white floorplans are also available with all spaces.
